Tools for Participant Input and Feedback for Mentor-Coaches
As mentor-coaches we continue to hone our craft through focused reflection on our efforts and impact. We strive to model purposeful openness to feedback and assessment. And we take input from the people we work with, to adapt and adjust our work with them.
This document provides detailed instructions for how to use Thriving in Ministry’s Session Input and Feedback Forms for your 1:1 and Peer Learning Group Sessions. The intended goal of these “in the moment” feedback forms is to help you hone your craft and improve your skills as a Mentor-Coach. Receiving feedback and implementing strategic change is an integral part of the Thriving in Ministry process and we’re hopeful these participant input and feedback forms will be a great addition to your mentoring and coaching toolkit.
